Our laser cutting capabilities provide parts with a very high edge surface finish and are particularly effective with small, intricate, and complex parts. The laser is a good alternative for difficult materials that are problematic when die-cutting. If you are in the design phase of your project, we can offer laser cut prototypes quickly without up-front tooling costs. Reel-to-reel processing is available for applications requiring alignment and extreme accuracy.
Laser Ablation is the process of removing material from the solid surface of a film by irradiating it with a laser beam. Marian offers laser ablation of ITO and other sputtered films.

Waterjet cutting is ideal for thicker materials that would often see edge concavity with die-cutting, like thick foams. The powerful cut seen with the waterjet leaves a clean, precise edge on the material. Waterjet cutting works well for prototypes, thick materials, larger parts, heat resistant material like silicone, and complex designs that require very tight tolerances.
Our engineers have high levels of experience with CAD software and various CAD cutting capabilities. We can work with the files you provide (.dxf or xdwg) or we can create one for you.

Precision digital cutting with a plotter system uses a variety of cutting blades or oscillating blades to cut the parts specified in the CAD file. Plotter cutting can be appropriate for parts with larger geometries.
