This status is earned over time by establishing a strong relationship with 3M, demonstrating an expertise in both 3M products and converting processes, and by successfully manufacturing solutions for customers using their innovative materials.
Marian has been using 3M products for more than 40 years and has been recognized as a 3M Preferred Converter since the start of the program over 20 years ago. Our vast converting capabilities coupled with 3M materials have allowed us to produce high-quality custom die-cut components used in many industries.
Marian is also a 3M MEDICAL MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGIES PREFERRED CONVERTER. Marian Medical Division converts a wide range of 3M medical materials including “skin friendly” body worn adhesives and medical device construction materials.
Each Marian location works closely with the dedicated 3M Material Specialists in their geographical areas of influence. These reps work closely with our Sales Engineers to recommend and sample the most cost effective material solution for your applications.
Because of Marian’s status at the highest level of the Preferred Converter Program, we have access to preferred pricing, which means lower costs for you.
Every Marian location keeps inventory of many of the most popular 3M materials. Additionally, we are familiar with their availability in different countries or regions. This allows for quick turnaround of samples, prototypes, and even finished parts.
Each of Marian’s Sales Engineers attends training at the 3M Campus in St. Paul, MN. Here they receive specialized training on 3M’s portfolio of products. With extensive knowledge of 3M products, we are able to suggest complementary substrates as well as the best processes for converting these materials for your custom parts.
